            Responsibilities Spearhead market expansion and business development strategies across the Middle East and North Africa (MENA) region. 
Conduct market research to identify growth opportunities, assess competitive landscapes, and understand local customer needs. 
Adapt and execute Bridger’s go-to-market strategy, tailoring sales and marketing approaches to align with local business drivers. 
Build and manage the regional sales pipeline, negotiating and closing deals with key regional accounts. 
Coordinate with HQ functions including marketing, product, and operations to ensure successful market entry. 
Oversee regional operational setup, including compliance, logistics, and local partnerships. 
Build brand awareness through local marketing initiatives, events, and thought leadership.
