This role is the management layer for all club-facing application work — ERP implementations, upgrades, integrations, training, and business process improvement — and is the primary point of accountability for technology delivery at the club level. CGP onboards 6–10 new club acquisitions per year, each requiring a full ERP implementation, staff training, and systems integration. The portfolio runs on the Northstar club management ERP across 40 properties.
