The role of the Lead NA Aladdin Business Manager is to drive strategic projects on Aladdin, our Order Management System, and manage the relationship with Aladdin for Columbia Threadneedle Investments. While the focus of the role is North America, you will be part of a globally aligned team. The primary focus is supporting Investments, however the overall ownership of the relationship also sits within the Aladdin Business Management team. The role will involve key weekly touch points with Aladdin on projects and production level escalations. It will also involve senior stakeholder interaction to facilitating project momentum and priority re-alignment. The role includes operational oversight of the structure of Aladdin access and permissions across the organization.
