Support the Agency Channel Head in driving overall growth and development of the Agency channel, assist in executing business development initiatives, supporting new agents’ recruitment / activation strategies, and monitoring training-related KPIs to strengthen agency productivity and capability
- Drive new business acquisitions and renewal retention while supporting the recruitment of new agents to promote and distribute Employee Benefits (EB) products.
- Provide administrative and operational support for day-to-day servicing of existing EB agents and clients.
- Conduct regular engagement sessions, meetings, and training programs to enhance agents’ product knowledge and sales capabilities.
- Prepare and submit weekly activities updates and production performance reports in timely manner.
