Friedman Real Estate is looking for a high-caliber professional to be a part of the Multi-Family Leadership Team. As a Director, you are responsible for the mentorship of a team of regional managers and the success of a portfolio of communities.

**This position will be based in the Dallas Metropolitan area**



Responsibilities:


+ Day-to-day supervision and mentoring of Regional Managers and Area Managers

+ Ensure property/ownership goals are achieved

+ Perform property inspections with Regional Managers

+ Oversee budgets and owner reports

+ Interaction with other departments within the office and external stakeholders

+ Other special projects, as required


Qualifications:


+ Strong financial analysis ability.

+ Ability to travel up to 25% of the time.
