Overview

The role is part of the Canada Leadership Team, reporting directly to MDS NA and dotted to the Canada BU President. It focuses on developing roadmaps, planning agreed‑to outcomes, ensuring commitments are met, and serving as the point of contact for Mondelz International Digital Services.

Responsibilities

• Lead contact for the defined processes used by the shared services team and/or third‑party suppliers.
• Drive internal and external continuous improvement initiatives, introducing external insights and best practices.
• Lead projects, business consultancy efforts and operational processes to meet key performance indicators and performance management targets.
• Define and lead the Digital Vision, Strategy and roadmap implementation for the BU, partnering with BU leadership.
