Summary:

Reports to the Director Specialty Pharmacy Services. Responsible for the entire scope of services provided by Lifespan Home Infusion Services (LHIS) including the home infusion treatment center Lifespan Home Infusion Pharmacy and home infusion nursing services. Serves as the designated Pharmacist-in-Charge for the Lifespan Home Infusion Pharmacy and Administrator for the home infusion treatment center and is personally accountable to the Rhode Island (RI) Department of Health (DoH) and federal Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA) for the entire scope of activities intrinsic to these designations. Ensures compliance with state and federal rules and regulations and statutory provisions applicable to the health and safety of patients served.
