This role is a key leadership position responsible for leading the successful operation of Accor Academy across the Middle East Africa and Turkey hub driving a learning & talent development culture and ensuring the delivery of operational performance through an integrated and innovative strategy. As a key leader within our corporate People & Culture team this role is responsible for driving a continuous learning culture ensuring that learning is available supported prioritised and executed enabling organisational learning to be achieved through robust processes for identifying sharing and embedding knowledge.
