Internal Approvals: preparation of syndication strategy liquidity analysis.
Preparation and presentation of underwriting papers for Underwriting committee
Pitching: preparation of pitches/presentations; particularly on formulating sales and distribution strategy through SMBC extensive global network, etc;
Market Update: Investors’ calls, meetings, update on current market trend and risk appetites, conduct soundings (when appropriate), etc;
Update and maintain database (pricing, liquidity, structure, etc.) of loan deals in Asia;
Ad-hoc report; and
Risk & Compliance: Attend to risk & compliance matters<...
