Business Segment: Connectivity Platform Key Responsibilities
Identifying and originating investment opportunities
Structuring, assessing and negotiating transactions including leading and supervising all due‑diligence, financial modeling, deal analytics, financing and legal documentation
Identifying, scoping, engaging, and coordinating with external advisors, including prudently managing due‑diligence budget through execution
Making an investment case internally including presenting to, and seeking approvals of, committees and boards
Building and maintaining relationships with partners, service providers, brokers, financiers and other asset stakeholders
Planning and implementing asset management strategies in accordance with investment thesis, including operational, commercial and capital structure improvements and interventions
