The Director is responsible for driving top-line revenue and EBITDA in collaboration with Sales Team for The Laurus. This role drives commercial strategy, sales optimization, and market positioning, working in close partnership with brand stakeholders—while remaining independent of day-to‑day hotel operations.
The incumbent acts as the portfolio’s commercial engine, translating market dynamics into revenue growth, ensuring alignment with brand standards, and unlocking value through disciplined sales execution and strategic partnerships.
