+ Lead the North America education strategy for Jo Malone London and Kilian Paris.
+ Design and implement innovative learning programs across digital, virtual, classroom, and in-store environments.
+ Develop training content that enhances fragrance expertise, selling skills, service rituals, and brand storytelling.
+ Ensure consistency of educational content across retailer platforms, e-learning tools, and brand channels.
+ Evaluate program effectiveness and drive continuous improvement through insights and performance metrics.

**Field Coaching & Training Excellence**

+ Create impactful in-store coaching programs for field teams, beauty advisors, account coordinators, and retail leaders.
