What is Head of Credit – Mobilink Bank?

We are looking for an experienced, strategic, and technology-driven Head of Credit to lead MMBL's end-to-end credit function and drive the transformation towards a fully digital, AI-enabled credit ecosystem. This role is responsible for shaping the bank's credit strategy, governance framework, and portfolio performance across SME, Consumer, and Islamic Banking portfolios. Reporting directly to the Chief Risk Officer, the incumbent will play a pivotal role in strengthening credit quality, enabling digital lending, and building a high-performing credit organization aligned with the bank's growth strategy.
