Director, HCC CA/LATAM Regional Lead – DePuy Synthes

Johnson & Johnson’s DePuy Synthes is separating its Orthopaedics business and will seek a senior leader to oversee Healthcare Compliance across Canada and Latin America. The role will serve as the Compliance Officer for the local market/cluster and will partner with commercial, medical, and functional leaders to ensure ethical growth while complying with applicable laws, regulations, and company policies.

• Lead and execute the CA/LATAM Healthcare Compliance strategy aligned with global objectives.
• Serve as a strategic advisor to senior leaders on compliance risks, mitigation strategies, and business decisions.
