Job Description
As Director, Communications, you will play a critical role in shaping the voice of the RBC Advice Centre, Direct Investing Contact Centre (ACDI) senior executive, oversight in crafting high-impact messages that resonate with internal and external audiences. This role also responsible for the ACDI Communication & Events Strategy, leading a team that support ACDI and broader Digital and Distribution Transformation (DPD) initiatives and high-stake engagements like Townhalls and conferences. Collaborating with corporate communications, strategy teams, and business leaders, you will ensure communication and change management methods and content are strategically aligned and designed to drive leaders and employee engagement. Your work will directly contribute to inspiring employees, engaging stakeholders, and advancing RBC’s strategic vision in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.What will you do?
