  • The Direct Sales Unit Officer is responsible for daily sales operation of the Direct Sales Unit.
  • Closely monitors leads, conversions and bookings productivity of the unit
  • Serves as the main liaison of the unit to interdependencies with other department throughout the sales process.
  • Answering customer’s questions and escalating complex issues to the relevant departments as needed.
  • Responsible for ensuring achievement of individuals KPIs through coaching, training and performance monitoring.
  • Will also be required to handle sales leads, process application, convert to close sales and contribute to the overall target.
  • Prepares the necessary documentation for the operations of Direct Sales Unit
  • May perform other tasks that may be assigned by Channel Sales Lead or Department Head.
