Position Summary
Director, Change Management, Learning and Culture – leads the global change strategy, capability‑building agenda, and Quality culture priorities for Innovative Medicine Quality & Compliance.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead global change management strategy and execution for Quality Management and Digital, including planning, readiness, stakeholder alignment, sponsorship, and sustainment.
- Develop and deploy change tools, leader resources, education, and communication approaches that support successful adoption of strategic programs.
- Own and advance the Quality Culture program, including behaviors, mechanisms, campaigns, and metrics that reinforce the IM Quality Mindset.
