            Responsibilities  Preparation of various pastry & dim sum 
Ensure all dishes meet established standards for quality, presentation, and consistency 
Assist in the creation of new dim sum menu items based on seasonal ingredients 
Maintain a clean and organized workstation in compliance with food safety and hygiene standards 
Monitor inventory levels and assist with ordering and receiving kitchen supplies as needed 
Follow proper portion control and minimize waste 
Any other ad-hoc duties assigned by the Superior from time to time 
 Requirements  Proven experience in a similar kitchen role preferred 
Strong knowledge of kitchen operations, food safety, and sanitation standards 
Able to perform split shift, work on weekends and public holidays 
Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment 
Physical stamina to stand for long periods
