Our client, located between Downtown Miami and Brickell, is seeking a Diligence Underwriter/Analyst to review mortgage loan files for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with investor and underwriting guidelines. This role involves analyzing loan documentation including credit reports, appraisals, income and asset verification, title documents, and property valuations.

The ideal candidate will oversee the third-party due diligence process for non-Agency loans, manage reporting and status updates, and serve as a key point of contact for diligence firms and investors. This individual will also identify process improvements, ensure timelines and SLA requirements are met, and support additional Capital Markets and Secondary Marketing reporting and analytics as needed.
