Responsibilities - Support the implementation of digital transformation initiatives to improve business processes and operational efficiency
- Assist in gathering user requirements, documenting workflows, and identifying automation or digitization opportunities
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to support ongoing digital projects and system enhancements
- Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and data visualizations to inform decision-making
- Provide support for software development, user acceptance testing (UAT), system rollouts, and post-implementation tracking
- Prepare training materials and assist in end-user training and adoption activities to ensure smooth transitions
