Duties:
Run the quarterly planning process across the GTM & Sales organization
Own the QRF (Quarterly Rolling Forecast) and sales operations POV to drive quarterly plans, ensuring strong execution discipline and aligned prioritization across the digital GTM and sales business
Inspect, size, and estimate the value of the programs and actions that will drive impact in quarter and subsequent quarter.
Build a programs plan showing path to achieving financial targets
Escalate the importance of dependencies across all cross functional teams so that roadmap alignments can take place in a cohesive manner.
