The Digital Marketing Manager is responsible for developing, implementing, and analyzing strategic digital and other marketing initiatives to drive qualified traffic, tours, and leasing performance across communities within their portfolio. This role serves as both the regional marketing expert, supporting both lease-up and stabilized communities through data-driven decision-making and the digital lead for Gables.com, stand-alone websites, and Martech tools.
The Digital Marketing Manager partners closely with Operations, Revenue Management, Asset Management, Technology, and third-party partners to maximize traffic opportunities, improve customer experience, and enhance leasing outcomes.
