The Digital Marketing Lead supports the Digital Marketing Section Head in implementing and delivering the museum’s digital marketing strategy across all digital verticals. The role has a strong executional and project leadership focus, with particular emphasis on influencer and celebrity management, photography and videography production, campaign and paid media management, and cross-channel digital delivery.
The role ensures that digital initiatives are delivered to a high standard, aligned with the museum’s brand, narrative, policies and KPIs, while supporting continuous optimisation, innovation and collaboration across the wider Marketing and Communications team.
Responsibilities
Influencer and Celebrity Management: Manage influencers and celebrities via appointed agencies, ensuring brand alignment, compliance, campaign delivery, and performance reporting.
