This is an exciting opportunity where you will be responsible for developing and localising content that reflects the COS brand voice, ensuring a seamless and engaging experience from site visit through to post-purchase.

Responsibilities

• Support copywriting and translation across customer touchpoints (website, product descriptions, newsletters, Instagram, LINE, etc.)
• Assist with content localisation for the Japanese market
• Ensure consistency with COS brand tone, style, and grammar
• Support SEO, digital engagement, and customer experience initiatives
• Coordinate content and assets across teams and channels
• Collaborate with Internal stakeholder within Japan E-Commerce team and external agencies
