Be fully competent through in-house training in the use of the Company’s computer systems to meet customer requirements and communicate accurate and valid information when conversing with both internal and external customers.
Represent the Company consistently and positively to customers in line with the Customer Care Requirements.
Maintain effective communication with both internal and external customers.
Ensure all documentation is accurately completed, stored and provided to appropriate personnel when required.
Assist project teams with technical tasks.
Produce project documentation in line with Company SMP’s and ensure correct use of cloud files.
Attend internal coordination/design meetings.
Issue project documents to internal/external engineers for approval.
Produce deliverables in line with project programs.
