Digital Engineering Lead – Water to drive how we deliver water projects across Aotearoa. This is a pivotal role combining hands‑on project delivery with national influence—shaping tools, standards, and ways of working to lift consistency, quality, and efficiency across our teams.

About you

• Extensive experience in digital engineering within infrastructure or water, including strong expertise in Civil 3D and/or Plant 3D and BIM
• Proven ability to lead and embed digital delivery standards, workflows, and quality practices across teams
• A hands‑on approach, with the ability to contribute directly to project delivery while coaching others
