            Responsibilities Lead end-to-end planning, execution, and closure of complex digital and policy projects from inception through delivery. 
Establish and enforce PMO governance, delivery standards, and reporting frameworks to ensure consistency and quality. 
Coordinate cross-functional delivery teams, including product, data science, AI, and engineering, to achieve project objectives. 
Act as the primary interface between business stakeholders, executive leadership, and technical teams to ensure alignment. 
Govern the design, development, and deployment of digital products to ensure they meet quality standards and business requirements. 
Manage project delivery and real-time visibility using Jira, Confluence, and Azure-based toolsets. 
Proactively identify, assess, and mitigate project risks, issues, and dependencies. 
Optimize resource planning, capacity management, and prioritization across multiple workstreams.
