Perform consulting, lead, participate, and support IT/Business projects, RfPs, and PoCs, providing technical guidance for tools and methods related mostly but not limited to File Services and Backup Technologies.
Installation, operation and monitoring of File Servers and Backup Servers (could involve HW, OS and SW according to defined concepts).
Space/Capacity Management.
Development and Optimization of Concept Documents and Operations processes.
Study developments in Technologies around File Services and Backup in the market and identify opportunities for continual service improvement.
Build test environments and conduct tests regarding functionality, practicality, and performance of Windows server standards and underlying tools and features (on-premise and in-cloud).
Support problem management with root cause analysis and implementation of adequate solution measures.
