Digital/Content & Marketing Specialist
Role Summary: W  Kumaran’s We are looking to hire a Digital & Marketing Specialist to create a digital presence and execute campaigns that generate and nurture qualified leads.
Key Responsibilities
Create and publish case studies, solution briefs, whitepapers , and marketing visuals (working with delivery SMEs for accuracy).
Manage website updates and product/service pages (content refresh, basic UX/content structuring).
Own LinkedIn execution : organic calendar, post creation, community engagement, and paid campaign support.
Support SEO basics (content SEO, keyword alignment, on-page improvements) and track performance.
Publish monthly reports on traffic, engagement, MQLs , and campaign performance.

4–8 years in B2B digital marketing , preferably in IT services/technology (BFS exposure is a plus).
