About the Role:
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Digital Content Executive to support Business Support operations, Content Management activities, and Quality Assurance processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide day-to-day business support by coordinating with internal teams, maintaining accurate records, and assisting with operational processes.
- Handle customer inquiries, ensuring timely resolution within defined turnaround times (TATs).
- Create, review, and update content, FAQs, and customer support materials.
- Coordinate with internal teams to gather information and resolve customer concerns.
- Identify, document, and track defects. Conduct regression testing to ensure quality.
- Validate features and content against requirements and quality standards.
- Prepare test reports and support continuous improvement of Quality Assurance processes and best practices.
