• Drive ongoing engagement with investors, Unit Trust Consultants, and customers to strengthen onboarding, retention, and re‑engagement strategies in line with lifecycle marketing goals.
• Design, execute, and track multi‑channel digital marketing campaigns across email, SMS, WhatsApp, push notifications, social media, web, and app platforms.
• Map and analyse digital journeys to uncover insights and opportunities for stronger connections.
• Develop compelling and relevant content tailored to different audience segments and lifecycle stages.
• Leverage analytics to measure post‑onboarding engagement, providing insights and recommendations to enhance campaign performance and maximise impact.
