Job Summary

• Responsible for the support, maintenance, delivery of enhancements for existing application functionalities and service catalogue requests for application services assigned
• Provide second-level support for assigned production-related application incidents within established service level requirements and/or coordinate support needed with vendor.
• Minimize the occurrence of application incidents by investigating, analyzing, developing and implementing corrective measures as directed
• Codes programs to support the requirements documented in approved requirements documents and/or technical design documents.
• Performs unit testing verifying test results; Provide technical support during systems/systems integration testing and user acceptance testing where applicable.
