Job Summary Digital & AI Experience Intern, Customer Success
Responsibilities - Research hybrid AI and hybrid cloud use cases within the customer lifecycle.
- Build frameworks to measure customer value and outcomes.
- Support initiatives that shift the organization from reactive support to proactive value creation.
- Work closely with cross‑functional teams and gain exposure to enterprise AI strategy in a $2.6B post‑sales organization.
Qualifications Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree and in the penultimate year of study.
