Job Purpose

The Digital Advisory Panel (DAP) provides specialist, evidence-based insight and advice to the Commission to inform regulation. They help ensure that the Commission’s policies, regulations and approach are informed by the latest digital developments, industry best‑practices, and stakeholder insight. They provide:

• Advising on digital developments and trends, and how the gambling industry may operationalise them
• Identifying threats and opportunities to the Commission’s regulation of gambling posed by new technology and the evolving digital landscape
• Reviewing specific topics and making appropriate recommendations
