            Responsibilities  Conduct nutritional assessment through analysis of relevant data and clinical reasoning 
Formulate an appropriate nutrition diagnosis 
Develop and implement the appropriate medical nutrition therapy and nutritional care plan 
Set treatment goals in collaboration with patient 
Monitor and review patient’s progress and adjust care plan accordingly 
Provide patient education and caregiver training 
Work with caregivers and multi-disciplinary team 
Documentation of nutrition care process in accordance with the guidelines determined by the department and the hospital 
Adhere to organizational and departmental guidelines 
Practice according to the clinical standards set by the department and hospital 
All expected clinical competency must be achieved according to the competency checklist 
Maintain and manage workload
