Description

Major duties include but not limited to:

+ Provide dietary assessments and counseling for pulmonology and sleep medicine patients and Cystic Fibrosis patients seen in clinic setting
+ Serve as consultants/resources for inpatient dietitians for CF patients admitted to the hospital.
+ Design individualized diets for home and inpatient use and collaborate with family members and community representatives to encourage adherence to medically necessary diets.
+ Collaborate and communicate with other members of the team, including doctors, nurses, social workers, and other staff.
+ Assist in system-wide changes to pharmacy/nutrition policies pertinent to patient populations as needed.
+ Assist in obtaining necessary insurance authorizations.
+ Conduct and participate in clinical and educational activities.
+ Obtain and maintain all necessary licenses, certifications, and paneling.

Salary Range: $46.82- $61.76/hourly Qualifications
