Key Responsibilities:


+ Conducts comprehensive nutrition assessments and develops individualized nutrition care plans based on oncology treatments and patient needs

+ Evaluates interactions between diet, cancer therapies, and medications to guide safe and effective nutrition interventions

+ Assesses dietary supplement use for safety and efficacy; provides patient education and recommendations

+ Participates in multidisciplinary care through patient rounds and tumor board conferences

+ Collaborates with providers, home infusion companies, and DME vendors on oral, enteral, parenteral, and hydration therapies
