Dietary Specialist
Camp Mini-Yo-We, Huntsville, Northern Ontario.
Responsibilities
- Provide a great food service experience for campers, staff and guest groups.
- In May and June help prepare meals for staff and guest groups, familiarize with kitchens, systems, recipes, and special diet approach.
- In July and August run four kitchens supporting 400-500 people weekly; serve individuals with special dietary needs, including communication with parents, meal planning, and delivering meals at set times.
- Assist adult volunteers with preparing regular meals for guests without dietary needs.
