The Diesel Technician Recruiter is responsible for full life-cycle recruiting: recruiting, screening and recommending placement of staff by using creative sourcing methods (internal and external).
This position will be located in Irving, TX at the FleetPride Corporate office. It has a Monday to Thursday in office and Friday at home work schedule.
Essential Tasks
Partners with Leadership, Hiring Managers and HRBP to determine staffing needs and communicate/instruct on hiring processes.
Builds Quality Talent Network and Pipeline of engaged Diesel Technicians in searchable database.
