            Minimum Requirements: 
Trade Tested Diesel Mechanic qualification 
Minimum 58 years experience working on heavy mining or earthmoving equipment 
Previous supervisory or team leader experience 
Strong fault-finding and diagnostic skills 
Experience on equipment such as CAT, Komatsu, Bell, Hitachi, Volvo, or similar 
Valid drivers license 

Key Responsabilities:
Supervising and leading a team of diesel mechanics and assistants 
Diagnosing, troubleshooting, and repairing heavy-duty diesel machinery 
Managing preventative and breakdown maintenance schedules 
Ensuring compliance with safety regulations and company procedures 
Conducting inspections and quality checks on completed repairs 
Coordinating parts, tools, and maintenance requirements 
Providing technical guidance and mentoring junior staff
