Primary Roles & Responsibilities

+ Assist in developing departmental documents. This is both creation and maintaining policy, process and instructional documentation.

+ Assist with administrative tasks such as attendance records and assistance maintaining departmental tracking documents.

+ Assist with managers and departmental projects, this includes maintaining meeting notes and goal trackers.

+ Assist with running reports for departments on a weekly and monthly biases.

+ Assistance in managing State Contracts.

+ Ad hoc tasks to assist managers

+ Audit support, assist with tasks related in internal and external audits

+ Assist with case overflow as necessary
Knowledge, Skills, Abilities

+ Must be methodical, detail-oriented, and well-organized

+ Good communication skills, including email and verbal communication
