DGM Asset Management Coordinator

This role requires experience in managing total lifecycles for hardware, software and cloud services assets. Supporting procurement activities, vendor and asset lifecycle coordination, operational processes for one of the Technology organizations. This role partners closely with multiple cross-functional teams to facilitate and manage technology purchasing, support renewals and cloud services plus ensuring accurate accounting and accruals of assets

Responsibilities

• Manage organization’s procurement activities for net-new purchases, hardware/software renewals, vendor professional services, and related technology requests following established procurement processes.
• Maintain detailed asset tracker for all software, hardware and cloud services utilized within the organization / department.
