Key Responsibilities

• Project Coordination & Execution – develop and implement execution plans for DfMA Prefab MEP production and installation.
• Coordinate design, factory, and site teams for seamless fabrication‑to‑installation transitions.
• Review drawings, technical datasheets, BIM models, and method statements for prefabrication alignment.
• Manage material procurement, logistics, and manpower planning.
• Manufacturing & Installation Oversight – monitor factory production for compliance with design specifications.
