Job Description
In this role, you will be a member of the Web, DevOps and Authoring section in the IT-PW group. We provide, among others, services for software engineers such as the GitLab service and AI coding tools. By joining us, you will manage and contribute to the continuous improvement of these services, and support their users.
Your responsibilities:
- Contribute to the smooth operation, maintenance, and continuous evolution of the GitLab service.
- Identify, investigate and implement possible improvements and new functionality for the benefit of the user community.
- Collaborate closely with development teams, providing support to integrate their applications with CI/CD pipelines, actively listening to their needs, troubleshooting issues, and providing clear, expert guidance on GitLab best practices to ensure a great user experience.
