Position Summary The Program Specialist serves as a lead instructor and mentor within the program, responsible for delivering high-quality instruction, maintaining a safe and engaging learning environment, and supporting the development of both students and staff.

This role combines hands-on coaching, leadership, and operational support to ensure classes run effectively and consistently while promoting a positive experience for students, families, and team members.
