My client operates in the short‑term insurance domain and is seeking a Development Manager to lead and stabilize their development function. This is a senior leadership role focused on delivery reliability, production stability, and maintaining strong engineering standards in a complex, regulated environment.
You’ll be responsible for overseeing development delivery, managing and mentoring developers, and ensuring that technical decisions align with business and client needs.
