Development Engineer – Delivery Centre Sustainable Technology Hub

We are looking for a Development Engineer for the Delivery Centre Sustainable Technology Hub.

The position is located in Vaasa, Finland and requires on‑site work. No other locations will be considered.

Your role and responsibilities

As a Development Engineer, you will develop the STH production environment, including facilities, methods, processes, and ways of working. Tasks may be adjusted based on your individual skills and interests. You will work as part of the Product Delivery DC‑STH organisation.

• Lead and execute development projects by planning, implementing, and continuously improving product development models and ways of working in collaboration with teams and stakeholders.
• Utilise development tools and methodologies such as PFMEA, problem‑solving techniques, time studies, and LEAN methods to enhance production processes.
