Development Coordinator

The Development Coordinator will serve as a mission ambassador and relationship builder, responsible for:

• Capturing and communicating the Bonton Farms story
• Strengthening donor and partner relationships
• Supporting revenue-generating initiatives connected to DFW Airport programming
• Assisting with operational coordination tied to the DFW retail partnership
• Advancing community engagement and brand visibility

This role bridges development, storytelling, partnerships, and program activation. The ideal candidate is relational, organized, entrepreneurial, and deeply aligned with Bonton Farms' mission.

Compensation: $21.00 - $25.00 per hour
