As Development Engineer, you will be keen to broaden your experience beyond engineering design, gaining exposure to the full scope of site development. This includes considering factors such as ecology, arboriculture, building regulations, brand aesthetics, and value engineering as part of a holistic design approach. Responsibilities include preparing Technical Feasibility Reports for new developments, identifying design risks and technical constraints, conducting buildability and regulatory compliance reviews, and providing value engineering recommendations. You will review and coordinate technical aspects of planning applications, support due diligence processes in collaboration with the wider Land & Planning team and attend site visits and meetings with internal and external stakeholders.
