Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Software Development Manager to lead two software development teams responsible for connected solutions supporting a family of advanced fiber‑optic test and measurement products.

Key Responsibilities

• Team Leadership : Lead, coach, and develop two software development teams consisting of approximately 7–20 engineers. Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, continuous improvement, and technical excellence. Support career development through mentoring, performance management, regular feedback, and growth planning. Build high‑performing teams through recruiting, onboarding, and talent development.
